Empress 1908 Gin

Empress 1908 Gin is a remarkable spirit that could have only been created in the city of Victoria, on beautiful Vancouver Island, in Canada’s British Columbia, where rugged mountains meet the beautiful Pacific Coast. Handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills, Empress 1908 Gin is the result of a collaboration between the distillery’s President and Master Distiller Peter Hunt and Victoria’s iconic Empress Hotel. We set out to create an extraordinary cocktail experience that would delight the senses, using eight carefully selected botanicals. Our inspiration and ingredients are what make Empress 1908 an exceptional gin.
